Lower barn floor
The lower barn floor is located in the middle of the barn and can be accessed, among other things, through two opposite barn doors. The front gate faces the center of the yard, while the rear one (facing south) can be accessed across the large meadow (e.g. by camper). If these gates are open, e.g. in summer, there is a particularly nice atomsphere inside the barn.
From the lower barn floor, one can reach the barn apartment and via stairs either the upper barn floor (the gallery, so to speak) or go downstairs to a hallway, from which the bathroom, workshop, fireplace room/sauna as well as another entrance door to the outside (towards the center of the courtyard) lead off.
The barn has a gable height of about 7 meters. In the southern gable roof there is a 2.5m² safety glass pane, through which light and sun always enters the central area of the barn. There are also 2 very large cast iron old factory windows facing the large meadow. Overall, this barn area has a nice amount of light coming in. The lower barn floor with 73.5m² is ideal for celebrations.
From here you can reach the upper floor of the barn apartment via a massive wooden staircase (access currently intentionally closed).
This part of the barn is fit for cars.

Upper barn floor
The upper barn floor is located above the sauna area and resembles a gallery. This area is reached via a staircase starting from the lower barn floor. The upper barn floor has many beautiful old oak transom windows. Here there is a possibility to build in a complete apartment. All the elaborate preparatory work for the connection of a very large fireplace stove is already in place. Currently, the area is used for hobby purposes (sports equipment, studio), among others.
